Freshness is why we choose our suppliers carefully, hand-make every bouquet and show you the result before dispatch. Here we honestly explain what we guarantee, how we keep flowers fresh and what to do if a bouquet did not meet your expectations.
Our freshness guarantee
We offer a freshness guarantee on every bouquet. If the flowers lose their look earlier than a reasonable time through our fault, we will replace the bouquet or refund the cost. This is not a formality — it is our responsibility for the result.
One request: please check the bouquet on delivery. If you have any quality concerns, contact us on the day of receipt and attach a photo — that helps us sort everything out quickly and in your favour.

How we keep flowers fresh
Freshness begins long before the bouquet reaches your hands.
- Direct supply. Flowers come straight from trusted plantations and wholesalers — with no long shelf storage.
- Made to order. We assemble the bouquet by hand shortly before delivery, rather than keeping it ready for weeks.
- Photo before dispatch. Before delivery we send a photo of the finished bouquet — you see the flowers before they head to the recipient.
Caring for your bouquet
A few simple habits and your flowers will last longer. These tips work for almost any bouquet.
- Trim the stems at a 45° angle with a sharp knife before placing the flowers in water — they drink better that way.
- Change the water every 1–2 days and rinse the vase each time so bacteria do not build up.
- Keep the bouquet away from direct sun, draughts, fruit and heating appliances — all of these speed up wilting.
- Use the flower food from the set — it nourishes the flowers and extends their freshness.
Returns and replacement
Flowers are a perishable product, so returning a bouquet of proper quality is unfortunately not possible. But if you received a faulty bouquet or one that does not match your order, we will replace it or refund your money.
The main condition is to contact us on the day of receipt with a photo of the bouquet. We will look at the situation in a human way and offer a solution.
