Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our online flower shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as by making a purchase on our website you agree to them.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms govern the use of the Shop’s website, the placement and payment of orders, as well as delivery conditions.
1.2. The Shop operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
1.3. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

2. Assortment and Prices

2.1. All products presented on the website are accompanied by a description and a photo. Photos are for illustrative purposes only; slight differences in the appearance of flowers and packaging may occur.
2.2. All prices are indicated in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise specified.
2.3. The Shop reserves the right to change prices and the assortment of products without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Orders are accepted through the Shop’s website 24/7.
3.2. Payment can be made online (bank card, internet banking, other available methods) or, if such an option is available, in cash upon delivery.
3.3. For online payments, all transactions are processed through secure payment systems certified in accordance with safety standards. The Shop does not store customers’ bank card data.
3.4. An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and the client receives a confirmation notification.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Moldova within the areas indicated on the website.
4.2. Delivery cost and time are calculated at checkout.
4.3. If the recipient is absent at the specified address, the order may be delivered to a third party (e.g., colleagues or neighbors) with the client’s consent.
4.4. The Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure).

5. Returns and Replacements

5.1. Due to the nature of the product (fresh flowers), returns and replacements are only possible in cases of:

  • delivery of defective products;

  • delivery of products not matching the order.
    5.2. Claims are accepted within 24 hours of order receipt.
    5.3. To request a return or replacement, the customer must provide photos of the product and a description of the issue.
    5.4. The Shop will decide on a refund or replacement after reviewing the circumstances.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. The Shop processes customers’ personal data (name, address, phone, email) solely for the purpose of order processing and delivery.
6.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except courier services and payment operators necessary to fulfill the order.
6.3. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Law No.133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova “On the Protection of Personal Data.”

7. Liability

7.1. The Shop is not responsible for improper use of products after delivery.
7.2. The Shop is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
8.2. All amendments are published on the website and take effect from the date of publication.
